Will Sing 3 be released?
Sing 3
If you enjoyed Sing and Sing 2 or the X-Factor-style competitions that these films appeared to be based on, you might enjoy Buster Moon and his brilliant buddies' third tour.
But will Sing 3 actually be released? Or have the authorities decided against the follow-up? Here is what we currently know:
What is the plot of the Sing movies?
In the first film, Buster Moon, a Koala who ran a struggling theatre, was the main character.
He made the decision to host the greatest singing competition in the world in order to protect his theatre.
Numerous outstanding singing groups performed at the occasion, which helped to keep Buster's theatre operating.
He made an effort to convince Clay Calloway, the most reclusive rock star in the world, to join them in order to increase his chances.
Was he successful? There won't be any spoilers in this article, but if you've read similar tales previously, you won't be surprised by the conclusion.
Will Sing 3 be released?
There are no definite plans for Sing 3 as of this writing. The choice will probably be made by Garth Jennings, the director of the films we have already seen, and Illumination Entertainment, the company that produces the Sing movies.
We don't know if Garth listened to Matthew or the fans who believe Buster should get his day on stage, but given the obvious enthusiasm for Sing 3 among fans of the previous films, a sequel may be in the works.

Who might appear in Sing 3?
If Sing 3 is made available, Buster and the other other animals that made up his theatre company are probably going to appear once more.
What might Sing 3 cover?
In terms of the storyline, Buster and company would probably continue their ascent to the top.
If they do become renowned on a global scale, they may come to the realisation that fame isn't all it's made up to be, perhaps as a result of one or more of the characters letting celebrity get to them.
When might Sing 3 come out?
The time between Sing and Sing 2 was 5, so if the filmmakers continue in this vein, Sing 3 might come out in 2027.
Illumination Studios, however, has already produced three Despicable Me films and two spin-offs starring the cute/annoying (choose as appropriate) Minions, so it's obvious that they aren't opposed to continuing their franchises.
As a result, we anticipate hearing about "Sing 3" or a spin-off featuring one of the main Sing characters in the near future.
